Welcome to evmotoparts! We strive to deliver your performance parts to your hands in the most efficient and transparent way possible. Please read our shipping guidelines below to understand how we handle delivery and taxes for your region.

1. Where We Ship & Estimated Delivery

We ship packages directly from our primary warehouse in Wuxi, China, and we offer fully tracked international Standard Shipping to the destinations below.

Please note that our Total Delivery Time = Order Processing Time (1-3 business days) + Estimated Transit Time (shown in the table below). All estimates are in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Shipping fees are calculated based on your order's total package weight and will be explicitly displayed at checkout before payment. You can always review the exact fee at checkout with no obligation to complete the purchase.

Addresses we cannot ship to: P.O. Boxes | APO / FPO military addresses | Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam.

2. Order Processing

  • Step 1 - Order confirmed (Day 0): You receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout.
  • Step 2 - Daily order cut-off time: Orders placed before the daily cut-off (Beijing CST: 3:00 PM | UTC+8) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off, or on weekends and public holidays, will begin processing the next business day.
  • Step 3 - Quality check & packing (1-3 business days): Our team inspects and carefully packs your items before handing them to the carrier.
  • Step 4 - Dispatched & tracking sent: Once your parcel is with the carrier, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking data may take 2-3 business days to update as the package moves through international hubs.

3. Customs & Import Information

We work hard to keep your delivery experience as smooth as possible. Please note that international customs processes are managed by government authorities and can be unpredictable.

United States, Canada & Australia:
Our shipping arrangements are designed to cover applicable import duties and fees on your behalf, so in most cases, you should not encounter additional charges upon delivery.

Note: If a package is returned to us due to customs issues, the original shipping fee is non-refundable, and if you still want it, a new shipping fee will be charged to reship the package.

4. Tracking Your Order

Use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking updates may pause for a few business days while your parcel is in international transit or awaiting customs clearance — this is completely normal.

Once your package clears customs and is handed to your local postal service (e.g., USPS, Canada Post, Australia Post), updates become frequent and real-time.

5. Modifications & Cancellations

⏰ Our team works quickly! If you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us at info@evmotoparts.com within 12 hours of placing your order. We are unable to modify the destination or cancel the order once the carrier has processed and dispatched the parcel.

Note on Cancellations: If you request to cancel your order within the 12-hour window due to personal reasons (e.g., ordered the wrong model/color, change of mind), your order will be cancelled and refunded to your original payment method.

6. Frequently Asked Questions

Why hasn't my tracking updated in a few days?
Tracking pauses are common during international transit — your parcel may be awaiting a connecting flight or undergoing customs clearance. Once it reaches your local post office, updates resume quickly. Please allow up to 7 business days before contacting us.

What happens if my package is lost?
We take full responsibility. If your order has not been successfully delivered within 30 calendar days of the dispatch date, contact us and we will verify the issue with the carrier. We will then arrange a refund or reshipping — whichever you prefer.

What if my package is returned due to an incorrect address?
If a package is returned because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, or because it was left unclaimed at the local post office, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping. Please double-check your shipping address carefully at checkout.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses?
Unfortunately, we do not. We also cannot ship to non-contiguous U.S. territories such as Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico at this time.
