We offer a 30-day return and exchange guarantee from the date your package is delivered, covering both product issues and change-of-mind situations.

2. Return Shipping Costs & Fees

To ensure full transparency, here is exactly how fees are handled if a physical return or replacement is required:

  • Our Fault (Defective / Incorrect Item)
    • Who pays return shipping: We do. We will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.
    • Examples: Item arrived damaged, wrong item sent, missing hardware.
    • Restocking Fee: $0.00 USD (No fee).
  • Your Choice (Change of Mind / Remorse)
    • Who pays return shipping: The customer is responsible for the actual return shipping costs.
    • Examples: Ordered wrong model/color, item no longer needed, personal preference.
    • Restocking Fee: $0.00 USD (No fee).

3. How to Submit a Request

  • Email us within 30 days of delivery: Send your request to info@evmotoparts.com with your order number in the subject line. Please do not send items back before contacting us.
  • Describe your situation: For damaged or incorrect items, please attach clear photos or a short video showing the defect. For change-of-mind situations, a brief explanation is all we need.
  • Get Return Instructions: We respond within 24-48 hours. Please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) before shipping. Our return address is: Room 413-A81, Building B, Innovation and Creativity Industrial Park, No. 5 Xinhua Road, Xinwu District, Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, China. (Packages returned without prior RMA authorization cannot be processed.)

4. Possible Resolutions

After reviewing your case, typical resolutions include:

  • Free Replacement: We send a new item at no additional cost. Primarily offered for cases where the issue is on our end.
  • Partial or Full Refund: Returned to your original payment method.
  • Discount Coupon: A discount code for your next order, offered as a goodwill gesture.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund has been processed on our end, please allow 3–7 business days for your bank or payment provider to post the amount to your account.

Refunds are strictly issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We are unable to redirect refunds to a different account.

6. Non-Eligible Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Gift cards and store credit vouchers.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or promotional free gifts.
  • Installed Parts: Any components that have been installed, mounted, modified, or show signs of wear and tear (e.g., scratch marks on CNC parts, tire wear).
  • Electrical Components: Controllers, wiring harnesses, and displays cannot be returned once unsealed or plugged in, due to safety protocols and the risk of short-circuits.
  • Incomplete Returns: Items missing their original packaging, mounting hardware, brackets, or instruction manuals.

7. Important Reminders & Fee Deductions

Please return items to our official address provided above. Do not return packages to the original sender address on your shipping label, as it may be a logistics transit point.

Note on Personal Reason Returns: If you want to return the product for a refund due to personal reasons (e.g., ordered the wrong model/color, change of mind), the original shipping cost will not be refunded. This amount will be deducted from your total refund after we receive and inspect your returned package.
